Sirma and Temenos will take part in the ninth edition of DIGI PAY, held in Sofia on 8 October 2026 at the Inter Expo Center. Experts from both companies will share insights on two topics shaping the future of financial services: AI-driven wealth management and agentic payments.

Wealth management in the era of AI
Noah Krähenmann, Global Managing Director of Wealth Management at Temenos, a world-leading banking technology provider, will present “The Future of Wealth Management: Navigating the Era of Artificial Intelligence, Globalization and Changing Client Expectations.”
Drawing on his experience in digital transformation and private banking, Noah will explore the trends reshaping wealth management globally and across the region, supported by practical examples and industry use cases.
Fabrice Gouttebroze, SVP, International Sales and VP of the Core Banking System Temenos Practice at Sirma Group, will moderate the session. With more than 25 years of experience in financial technology consulting, Fabrice brings extensive expertise in banking transformation and Temenos implementations.
The discussion is timely for Southeastern Europe. As personal financial assets grow and client expectations evolve, financial institutions need technology that supports more personalized, data-driven services. Temenos brings its perspective on how banking platforms can help institutions accelerate digital transformation and deliver a consistent experience across digital and physical channels.
The session will explore how AI can become part of advisors’ everyday workflows, how open banking and embedded finance can expand wealth management services, and how institutions can respond to growing expectations for transparency, convenience and high-quality advice.
AI agents enter the payments conversation
Merdihan Ismailov, VP Products & Solutions, FinTech at Sirma Group, will moderate a headline panel dedicated to agentic payments.
With more than 20 years of experience in banking and fintech, Merdihan specializes in open banking, payment services, and AI enablement for financial institutions. He also contributes to the development of PSD3 and open finance frameworks.
The panel will examine how ready the market is for AI agents to participate in live online payments, the opportunities they create, and the questions financial institutions need to address before broader adoption. DIGI PAY 2026 will also feature an end-to-end demonstration of an agentic payment.
