Sirma Group Completes Strategic Investment in Jucari Global

The acquisition of a 51% stake strengthens Sirma’s global Supply Chain and Logistics business, combining CargoWise expertise, enterprise technology and AI.

Sirma Group (Sirma) today announced the completion of its acquisition of a 51% stake in Jucari Global, the Australia-headquartered supply chain and logistics specialist.

The investment marks an important milestone in Sirma’s strategy to continue building and strengthening its global Supply Chain and Logistics business, combining deep industry expertise with enterprise technology, software engineering, data and artificial intelligence.

It brings Jucari’s operational and CargoWise expertise together with Sirma’s enterprise engineering, data, integration and AI capabilities, including Sirma.AI Enterprise. This creates a distinctive proposition for logistics organizations: one partner able to connect core logistics platforms, operational knowledge, enterprise data and practical AI across the transformation journey.

Together, Sirma × Jucari delivers Intelligence for Global Trade, helping organizations turn the knowledge within their people, processes, systems and data into clearer understanding, stronger foresight and practical action. The result is more connected operations, better-informed decisions and measurable operational value.

“This is an important moment for both Sirma and Jucari,” said Tsvetan Alexiev, Chief Executive Officer of Sirma Group. “Completing this investment gives us a strong foundation for the next phase of our shared journey. Jucari brings exceptional CargoWise and logistics expertise, while Sirma contributes enterprise technology, engineering, data and AI capabilities. Together, we can help customers connect the operational reality of global trade with the intelligence they need to improve performance, adapt faster and grow with confidence.”

The transaction significantly expands Sirma’s international presence through Jucari’s operations in Australia, Singapore, Japan, China and South Africa, strengthening the Group’s position across the Asia-Pacific region while complementing its existing footprint in Europe, North America, Latin America and the Middle East.

For Jucari, the investment supports continued growth while preserving the practical, customer-focused approach on which it has built its reputation.

“Jucari has always been focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for logistics businesses,” said Justine Kruger, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jucari Global. “Joining forces with Sirma gives us additional scale and technology depth to build on that foundation. Together, we can help customers gain greater value from their CargoWise investments and make lasting improvements to the way their operations perform.”

Jucari has a well-established recurring revenue base, with proprietary products and SaaS solutions accounting for more than 50% of its revenue. In the financial year ended 30 June 2026, the company generated revenue of more than AUD 6.7 million and EBITDA of approximately AUD 2 million. For the financial year ending 30 June 2027, Jucari expects revenue to grow to AUD 8.5 million, while maintaining EBITDA at no less than the 2026 level.

With a team of around 50 people working across the Asia-Pacific region and other international locations, Jucari is well positioned to support this next phase of growth.

The acquisition adds these scalable offerings to Sirma’s growing Supply Chain and Logistics business. Together, the two companies will continue developing solutions that help logistics organizations improve performance today and adapt with confidence as global trade evolves.
